Nursing Application Process Nursing is a limited enrollment program that has special admissions requirements. Since the applicant pool changes each time, there is no way to predict how high the application points need to be for acceptance into the program.

Complete the Form. An Associate Degree in Nursing provides the student with the knowledge and skills needed to apply the nursing process to individuals and families across the life span and prepare them to take the NCLEX-RN.

A student may be admitted to the college at any time in order to complete prerequisite and general education coursework. Graduates will assess or collect data about patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
