Oracle web adi setup

Not clear about the question. Are you saying the excel file is downloaded and when you close the web browser the excel file closes? Tring to test out wed adi on eam assets using I have downloaded the excel template using webadi. Excel is blank and getting below message excel. Could you please help me to resolve the issue.
